Yotso is a passion project that revolves around a fictional fashion brand. Inspired by the work of Alexander McQueen the VR sculpted mannequins resemble the attitude of highly confident
models through their motion and dynamic poses. The graffiti textures and splashes of paint add
a youthful and urban feel to the project. With graphic elements derived from the AY logo such as
an enormous atrium chandelier the project focuses on the customer's experience. The idea
of confusion and play with space and visual illusions is aimed to create a sense of adventure and playfulness that can be seen in a modern art museum. The enormous fully reflective columns
and the intertwining of raster lines in depth move as one travels through the space.
Saigon Foods
We were asked to brand and illustrate the look and feel of Saigon Foods - a little Vietnamese restaurant in London.
The task was to create memorable and playful artwork to be used as posters and website images that engage with the area and it's people. We also created a website, menu and other marketing materials.
The Story
A more poetic illustration that depicts the journey of Vu & Tahn from Vietnam to London.
On the way to creating their own restaurant brand they stopped here and there to rest and
pick wonderful spices, and recepy ideas that would become their own take on the taste of Saigon.
